Occupational Therapist
- Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The OT will be responsible for evaluating patients’ functional abilities and designing customized treatment plans to enhance independence in daily living activities. This role involves close collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to support recovery, rehabilitation, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
Help patients build or regain skills needed for daily living and working.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
Document treatment plans, progress notes, and reports according to regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other health professionals.
